Details of the Job/Internship

IP Shastra is hiring a Patent Drafting Professional to join their Pune office on a full-time, on-site basis. The role includes conducting patent searches, drafting patent applications, analyzing patentability, preparing responses to office actions, managing IP portfolios, providing strategic IP advice, and collaborating with legal and engineering teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct patent searches and draft patent applications.
• Analyze patentability and prepare responses to office actions.
• Manage IP portfolios effectively.
• Provide strategic IP advice to clients.
• Collaborate with legal and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IP laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Skills in patent research, drafting, and patent application filing.
• Experience in responding to office actions and managing IP portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Techno-legal acumen with familiarity in legal and engineering concepts.
• Experience in IP law or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.

Salary/Stipend
