M&P IP PROTECTORS - Patent & Trademark Attorneys - IP Law Firm is hiring for the position of Patent Drafting Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality patent applications aligned with filing requirements of Indian, US, EPO, and other jurisdictions.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to accurately capture innovations in technical disclosures.
- Conduct detailed patent research and prior art analysis to support drafting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable patent laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely delivery of drafting assignments.
Eligibility
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in patent drafting.
- Solid understanding of Indian, US, and European patent laws.
- Proven experience in preparing and drafting patent applications in relevant domains.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Patent Agent certification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
