Details of the Job/Internship

IPQRATE is seeking experienced Patent Drafters with a strong background in electronics, software, mechanical, and other high-tech domains. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for drafting high-quality patent applications that align with the technical and legal standards of global patent offices.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality patent applications for inventions in electronics, software, mechanical, and high-tech domains.
• Work closely with inventors, attorneys, and technical teams to understand inventions and draft well-structured patent specifications.
• Conduct prior art analysis and ensure compliance with patent office requirements.
• Collaborate with international clients and maintain high standards in technical writing and IP protection.

Eligibility

Eligibility:

• Electronics, Software, Mechanical, and Other High-Tech Fields

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with global patent laws, including USPTO, and EPO
• Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international law firms or corporate clients.
• Prior experience in patent prosecution or patent searching
