Details of the Job/Internship
P.S. Davar and Company is hiring a Patent Filing Associate with experience of a minimum of 1 year to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, specialized formatting, and formal filing of patent applications.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive patent documentation and accurate filing records.
- Ensure strict compliance with patent filing regulations and statutory deadlines.
- Monitor critical timelines related to filings, responses to office actions, and renewals.
- Maintain and update internal databases to track the status of various patent applications.
- Support the prosecution team in administrative tasks and documentation related to the patent lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procedural accuracy in all submissions.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law, Science, or Engineering (relevant for patent practice).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in patent filing or IP administration.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive legal documentation.
- Strong understanding of patent filing regulations and procedural timelines.
- Proficiency in managing legal databases and office software.
- Candidates not fulfilling the minimum experience criteria will not be considered.
