Details of the Job/Internship
Inttl Advocare is hiring experienced legal professionals with 2–5+ years of PQE to join its Patent Litigation team in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve complex patent-related disputes.
- Manage court appearances and represent the firm's interests in legal proceedings.
- Conduct in-depth research and draft high-quality legal documents for patent cases.
- Analyze technical documents and interpret the underlying scientific principles relevant to patent disputes.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring efficient progress and adherence to deadlines.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2–5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in the legal field.
- Strong understanding of legal principles governing patents and general intellectual property law.
- Proven track record of success in handling patent matters.
- Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to understand and deconstruct complex technical and scientific data.
