CHADHA & CHADHA is hiring a Patent Litigator for its Gurugram office. The role involves handling motions, managing court procedures, preparing and conducting trials, and taking depositions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal motions and manage court procedures.
- Prepare for and conduct trials.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Research case law and develop legal strategies.
- Draft patent litigation and invalidation documents.
- Represent clients in court.
Eligibility
- Legal expertise in Intellectual Property Law.
- Experience in filing motions.
- Strong understanding of court procedures and trial processes.
- Skilled in taking and defending depositions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
