Details of the Job/Internship

Ira Law is hiring an Advocate with experience of 2–5 years to join their team in patent litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling patent litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research related to patent and intellectual property disputes.
• Support drafting and preparation of legal documents related to litigation matters.
• Assist in commercial litigation work as required.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in patent litigation.
• Engineering degree is required.
• Interest in gaining experience in commercial litigation.

Salary/Stipend
