Details of the Job/Internship

Y&S Legal is hiring for the position of Patent Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote patent services and IP portfolio management.
• Collaborate with attorneys, patent agents, and technical experts to translate complex IP concepts into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Conduct market research to track trends, analyze competitors, and identify new client segments.
• Create high-quality marketing content including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Manage email campaigns, webinars, and educational events to drive awareness and generate leads.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with inventors, startups, universities, and corporate clients.
• Support business development by identifying partnerships and assisting with client outreach.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Exposure to or advanced study in intellectual property law is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in legal, technology, or IP-related industries.
• Solid understanding of intellectual property concepts, particularly patents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical/legal topics.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEO).
• Excellent presentation and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal and technical teams.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary/Stipend
