Details of the Job/Internship
AILegal Consultants is hiring a Patent Paralegal with 1–2 years of experience to support its growing IP practice in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end process for patent renewals and official recordals.
- Maintain comprehensive records and databases for the firm’s patent portfolio.
- Monitor critical statutory deadlines to ensure timely filings and prevent the lapse of IP rights.
- Coordinate effectively with both domestic and international clients regarding their patent status.
- Liaise with patent offices to manage procedural queries and documentation submissions.
- Support the legal team in ensuring all IP maintenance activities align with current regulations.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience as a Patent Paralegal or IP administrator.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing complex legal dates and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple client records simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced law firm environment.
