Details of the Job/Internship

BASF is hiring a Patent Paralegal with 5 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all critical communication by Indian Patent office to Indian patent group.
• Preparing Form 3 and Working Statement Form 27 to be filed at Indian Patent office.
• Collecting external and internal signatories’ of agreements like R&D agreement and /or legal (IP) agreement via Adobesign.
• Uploading of signed agreements into internal IP management tool.
• Collecting signatures from Indian Inventors for Foreign Filing Licenses.
• Creation of Agreement Record IDs for Global R&D / Legal agreements in the IP management tool.
• Patent conference Evaluation and entry of decisions into internal IP management tool.
• LLM Classification.

Eligibility

• Familiar with IP management tool.
• High proficiency in Excel, word document and power point presentations.
• BA, BCom or bachelor's degree in other domain.
• Working experience: 5 years in IP or legal department.
• Technical and professional knowledge: Familiar with IP paralegal procedures.
