Details of the Job/Internship

Kan and Krishme are hiring a Patent Paralegal with experience of 2–3 years to join their team in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on patent filings and provide prosecution support.
• Manage legal documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate communication and filings with various patent offices.
• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding their patent applications.
• Ensure all procedures align with mandatory IP India regulations.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of professional experience in an Intellectual Property law firm.
• Mandatory familiarity with IP India procedures.
• Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing documentation.
