Details of the Job/Internship
Kan & Krishme is hiring a Patent Paralegal with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with Indian patent filing, prosecution, and procedural work.
- Prepare, review, and manage patent documentation and forms.
- Coordinate with attorneys, patent agents, clients, and the Indian Patent Office.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings and responses.
- Maintain accurate records, case files, and docketing information.
- Support administrative and documentation requirements for patent matters.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience in an IP law firm in India.
- Understanding of Indian patent filing and prosecution procedures.
- Experience with the IPINDIA website and e-filing portal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple attorneys.
