Details of the Job/Internship
Khurana & Khurana (K&K) is hiring a Patent Docketing/Paralegal Professional with experience of 5–6 years to join their office in Greater Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of patent docketing, paralegal, and secretarial functions.
- Manage communications with foreign associates and clients.
- Oversee patent filing and portfolio management, including foreign prosecution.
- Respond to procedural queries related to foreign prosecution and annuity matters.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, reminders, and client communications.
- Check and respond to emails regularly using MS Outlook and Gmail.
- Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Learn and implement internal docketing practices and suggest improvements.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5–6 years of core experience in patent docketing, paralegal, or secretarial domain.
- Strong knowledge of patent filing and portfolio management processes.
- Experience in handling foreign prosecution portfolios.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to work from the Greater Noida office.
- Ability to take ownership and ensure accuracy in work.
