Rahul Chaudhry & Partners is hiring a Patent Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join their Gurgaon office. The role involves managing patent records, tracking deadlines, coordinating with clients and associates, and supporting patent prosecution activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain patent records using docketing software.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and renewals.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates.
• Prepare and file patent-related documents.
• Provide administrative support for patent prosecution activities.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a patent paralegal.
• Strong understanding of Indian and international patent procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
