Details of the Job/Internship

Sonisvision Corporates LLP is hiring a Patent Partner with 5+ years of experience in patent practice to work remotely and lead and scale the patent practice with a strong PAN India client base.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle patent drafting, filing, and prosecution.
• Manage FER responses, hearings, and oppositions.
• Work on Indian and international filings.
• Advise clients on IP strategy and portfolio building.
• Collaborate with the BD team for client consultations.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in patent practice.
• Registered Advocate and Registered Patent Agent (India).
• Experience of 200–500+ patent filings.
• Strong command over drafting, prosecution, and hearings.
• Ability to independently manage clients and deliver end-to-end services.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
