Role and Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Professional/Associate at Brainiac IP Solutions in Pune. The Patent Professional/Associate will be responsible for patent drafting and patent Analytics, such as patentability search. The role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to protect and enforce patents. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in patent Drafting, patent Searching, and other patentability analysis.
- Knowledge of patent law and intellectual property rights in India and the US.
- Demonstrated experience in managing intellectual property.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
