Details of the Job/Internship

Brainiac IP Solutions is hiring Patent Professional/ Associate with the experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Pune.

Eligibility

• Knowledge and experience in Patent Preparation, Patent Applications, Patentability, Patent Law, and Intellectual Property.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Registered Patent Agent/Attorney in India.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Automobiles and Industrial Technology, Autonomous Vehicles, Artificial Intelligence, Renewable Energy and Power, Medical Devices, Mechatronics, Biotechnology, and Life Science will be preferred.
• Experience of 2-3 years in patent drafting, prosecution, and litigation will be preferred.
• A passion for learning new technologies and keeping up to date on industry trends.
