Brainiac IP Solutions is hiring for the position of Patent Professional to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Patent Associate will be responsible for tasks such as patent preparation, filing patent applications, evaluating patentability, understanding patent law, and managing intellectual property matters.
Eligibility
- Patent Drafting, Prosecution, and Patentability skills.
- Understanding of Patent Law and Intellectual.
- Property concepts for India, US and EP..
- Experience in conducting patent analyses and evaluations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
