Details of the Job/Internship
Ease IP is hiring a Patent Professional with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting and prosecuting patent applications, providing strategic IP advice, working closely with US attorneys, managing patent portfolios, supporting patent searches, and contributing to patent-related knowledge sharing.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prosecute patent applications.
- Provide strategic intellectual property advice.
- Work closely with US attorneys.
- Manage patent portfolios.
- Support patent searches.
- Contribute to patent-related knowledge sharing.
Eligibility
- Experience of 2–5 years in patents.
- Proficiency in US patent drafting or US patent prosecution.
- Knowledge of intellectual property and patent laws, especially in the US jurisdiction.
- Strong English communication and interaction skills to work with US attorneys.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Engineering and/or Science in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, or related fields.
