Details of the Job/Internship

InventIP Legal Services LLP is hiring a  Patent Prosecution Professional with experience of 1 year to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Respond to office actions and communicate effectively with patent examiners. 
• Advise clients on patent strategy. 
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Draft clear and concise patent applications and responses. 
• Work closely with other patent professionals, paralegals, and support staff. 
• Mentor junior associates and provide guidance. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in electronics and communication, electrical engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in patent prosecution. 
• In-depth knowledge of US patent laws and regulations. 
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technologies. 

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
