Details of the Job/Internship

IPExcel is hiring a Patent Prosecution with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create and submit patent applications to the USPTO and the Indian Patent Office (IPO).
• Get ready for and react to FERs, office actions, and other formal correspondence.
• Attend the Indian Patent Office's hearings.
• Work together with foreign associates, in-house attorneys, and inventors to guarantee prompt prosecution and strategic alignment.

Eligibility

• An Indian Patent Office-registered patent agent.
• Two to three years of practical experience prosecuting patents in the US and India.
• Strong technical knowledge of non-pharma inventions in the fields of electronics, software, etc.
• Experience managing and participating in pre-IPO hearings.
• Outstanding communication, analysis, and drafting abilities.
• CS, IT, or EC-related B.E., M.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech

Salary/Stipend
