Squark IP is hiring for the position of Patent Research Associate to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Technical Patent Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of patent documents to assess their technical validity and relevance.
- Collaborative Research: Work closely with internal teams and external experts to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of patent portfolios, evaluating both technical and business aspects.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual and project-level targets, ensuring the timely delivery of detailed internal and external reports.
- Process Execution: Implement various processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead teams in conducting various research and analysis tasks, including infringement analysis, claim charting, market research, prior art searches, target scouting, and invalidity analysis.
- Expert Communication: Participate in calls with internal and external experts, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Content Creation: Publish blogs and research reports for the company website, contributing to thought leadership in the IP space.
- Comprehensive Searches: Perform thorough technical and patent information searches using online databases and other resources.
