Details of the Job/Internship

Prism IP is hiring full-time a Patent Research Associate located in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting patentability searches, preparing and filing patent applications, and providing intellectual property related legal services.
• They will also be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing IP research, supporting IP litigation, and completing IP portfolio management tasks.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Patent Preparation, Patent Applications, and Patentability.
• Knowledge of Patent Law and Intellectual Property.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Life Science/Pharmacy or related field.
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or related field is a plus.
• Experience in conducting patent searches, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications is preferred.
