Details of the Job/Internship
NAYAN is actively seeking a Patent Writer to join their team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and preparing patent applications, managing patent prosecution processes, and conducting patent research. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and support the company's intellectual property initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Write and prepare patent applications in accordance with legal standards and guidelines.
- Manage patent prosecution processes, including drafting responses to office actions and communicating with patent examiners.
- Ensure patentability of inventions by conducting thorough research and analysis.
- Assist in conducting patent research to identify prior art and assess patentability.
- Aid in the filing process for patents, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with legal teams as required.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Patent Law and Patent Prosecution processes
- Excellent Patent Application and Patent Preparation skills
- Experience in conducting Patentability searches and analysis
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in law, engineering, or related field
- Experience in the computer vision and machine learning industry is a plus
