Details of the Job/Internship

Ayaam Legal is hiring an Associate – Patents with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct prior art searches and analyse patent and scientific literature.
• Draft patent applications and respond to office actions.
• Carry out legal research and analysis related to patent matters.
• Collaborate with inventors, clients, and patent examiners for effective prosecution.
• Stay updated with developments in patent law and industry trends.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Strong skills in patent drafting and patent search/analysis.
• Working knowledge of the Indian Patents Act and PCT procedures.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.
• Registered Patent Agent preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, writing, and teamwork skills.

Salary/Stipend
