Details of the Job/Internship
ASC Group is hiring a Payroll Compliance & Labour Law Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their Compliance Consulting Team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing aligned with statutory and client-specific norms.
- Advise clients on compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Shops and Establishment Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and Payment of Gratuity Act.
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed reports.
- File statutory returns and maintain documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and represent clients during inspections or hearings.
- Stay updated on labour law amendments and ensure client compliance.
- Support client onboarding, compliance setup, and documentation review.
- Assist in drafting policies on employee compensation and statutory benefits.
- Resolve client queries on payroll, taxation, and statutory deductions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labour law.
- Proficient in labour legislation and audit procedures.
Salary/Stipend
