Details of the Job/Internship

Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Payroll Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their Andheri office in Mumbai. The position reports to the Senior Manager – Human Resources. The role involves handling end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliances for more than 1000 employees across multiple states.

Role and Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll using Paypac based on attendance and leave data from HRMS and Excel.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Administer compensation and benefits in compliance with state-specific labour laws.
• Calculate and deduct statutory contributions including PF, ESI, LWF, and Professional Tax.
• Manage multiple payroll structures for employees and consultants.
• Handle tax computations and verify investment declarations.
• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, and taxes.
• Submit statutory filings and upload returns for PF, ESI, LWF, and Professional Tax.
• Stay updated on labour laws, income tax rules, and compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate payroll documentation.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and variance analysis.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliances.
• Experience managing payroll for more than 1000 employees across multiple states.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
