Role and Responsibilities
Case Documentation Evaluation:
- Review and evaluate case notes and documentation to ensure accurate case notations.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of medical records, billing documentation, and legal documents.
Medical Records Reconciliation:
- Reconcile medical records dates of service with medical billing dates of service.
- Verify medical providers' billing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
CRM Accounting Reconciliation:
- Reconcile the accounting tab in the CRM with medical billing records.
Case File Organization:
- Organize case files meticulously to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Document Review and Ordering:
- Review case notes to identify missing documentation and order necessary medical records.
- Flag case managers for pending documents from clients or insurance companies.
Case Notation Update:
- Update case notations in the CRM to reflect all actions taken and document communication with relevant parties.
Adjuster Verification:
- Verify adjusters assigned to claims and maintain accurate records of adjuster assignments.
Professional Communication:
- Communicate professionally and courteously with medical providers, insurance adjusters, clients, and staff.
- Maintain effective communication channels to facilitate case management and resolution.
Document Editing:
- Edit legal documents as necessary after generating documents from templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience with a US or UK based law firm.
- Experience with legal case management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
