Details of the Job/Internship
UltraTech Cement is hiring a PF Land & Legal professional with 5-8 years of experience in legal and land acquisition matters to join their team in Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Land Acquisition Plan: Search and prepare documents related to the acquisition/purchase of land for projects, including the rehabilitation of affected areas.
- Expense Plan: Plan and manage expenses for land documentation, legal work, and land demarcation.
- Legal Matters Related to Land: Follow up on land cases, mutation, and conversion cases. Assist with stamp duty cases and draft legal notices, agreements, and FIRs. Perform title searches and liaise with legal experts for case opinions. Ensure timely deposit of land tax.
- Government Compliance: Coordinate with government officers for land acquisition approvals, and liaise with Patwari, Revenue Inspector, Tehsildar, SDM, and court officers.
- Land Committee Meetings: Support land committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOPs for land-related documents, and promote safety culture through monthly departmental safety meetings.
Eligibility
- 5-8 years of experience in land acquisition and legal matters.
- Expertise in land documentation, legal research, and compliance.
