Manav Rachna International Schools is hiring for the position of PGT Legal to join their campus in Faridabad.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Planning & Instruction

• Design and deliver dynamic lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum for Legal Studies.
• Use a variety of teaching methodologies—such as case studies, debates, simulations, and project-based learning—to promote critical thinking and engagement.
• Ensure conceptual clarity by integrating real-life legal and political scenarios into classroom discussions.

2. Student Assessment & Academic Support

• Develop and conduct assessments, assignments, and examinations to track student performance effectively.
• Offer constructive feedback, remedial guidance, and one-on-one support to help students reach their academic potential.
• Prepare students rigorously for CBSE board examinations, ensuring high standards of academic achievement.

3. Classroom Management

• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and inquiry.
• Address behavioral and academic concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.

4. Continuous Professional Development

• Keep abreast of emerging trends in Legal Studies, Political Science, and pedagogy.
• Participate in internal and external workshops, training programs, and conferences to enhance subject knowledge and teaching skills.

5. Parent & Community Engagement

• Maintain regular and transparent communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
• Actively participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community engagement initiatives.

6. Co-curricular Involvement

• Mentor students in debating, Model United Nations (MUN), legal literacy programs, and other law-related extracurricular activities.
• Organize educational field visits to courts, legislative assemblies, law colleges, and similar institutions for hands-on exposure to legal systems.

• Deep understanding of legal concepts and political systems, coupled with a passion for teaching.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
• Committed to holistic student development—academically, socially, and ethically.
