Manav Rachna International School is hiring for the position of PGT Legal Studies to join their campus in Faridabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

Curriculum Planning & Delivery:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum for Legal Studies.
• Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions that enhance students' understanding of legal principles and political systems.
• Incorporate various teaching methods, including debates, case studies, and project-based learning to enrich the learning experience.

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Design and administer regular assessments, assignments, and exams to monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
• Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams.

Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Address student concerns and provide individual attention where necessary.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the fields of Legal Studies and Political Science.
• Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously improve teaching practices.

Parent & Community Engagement:

• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
• Engage with the school community through events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.

Extracurricular Activities:

• Mentor and guide students in related extracurricular activities, such as Model United Nations (MUN), debates, and legal awareness programs.
• Organize field trips and visits to courts, legislative bodies, and other relevant institutions to provide practical exposure.
