National Solar Energy Federation of India (NSEFI) is an umbrella organization of all Renewable Energy stakeholders of India. This apex RE organization works in the area of policy advocacy and is a National Platform for addressing all issues connected with renewable energy growth in India.
Details of the Job/Internship
National Solar Energy Federation of India (NSEFI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Policy Advocacy & Research Intern to support their team in driving evidence-based policy engagement and research in the renewable energy space.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support research and drafting of policy briefs, reports, and advocacy material.
- Track and analyse regulatory and policy developments related to renewable energy.
- Assist in organising consultations, roundtables, and stakeholder engagements.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-building on key clean energy areas.
- Provide analytical support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Engineering, Political Science, Economics, Energy Studies, Environmental Science, or related fields (COMPLETED ONLY).
- Good understanding of the renewable energy sector, mainly Green Hydrogen, Wind, and Energy Storage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Available to commit for a minimum of 6 months (full-time, onsite only).
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
