Axis My India Limited is hiring a Policy Analyst – Social Welfare Schemes & Public Policy to join their office in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting primary and secondary research on government schemes, legislative updates, and regulatory frameworks.
- Analyzing the social and economic impact of welfare policies across demographic groups.
- Applying statistical tools to assess data relevance and policy effectiveness.
- Interpreting datasets to derive actionable insights and policy recommendations.
- Preparing accurate, evidence-based research reports and policy briefs.
- Presenting findings to government bodies, civil society organisations, and stakeholders.
- Developing clear and engaging public-facing content on welfare schemes.
- Creating advocacy and communication strategies for policy dissemination.
- Contributing to thought leadership through articles, blogs, and white papers.
- Supporting conferences, panels, and stakeholder presentations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Social Work, Political Science, or related fields.
- Experience in policy research, data analysis, and advocacy.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
