Details of the Job/Internship

PanScience Innovations (PSI) is looking for a candidate for the position of policy and advocay lead to join them at their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive research into policy developments, legal trends, and public sentiment using diverse sources such as government publications, think tank reports, academic journals, and media.
• Identify emerging opportunities, gaps, and actionable insights in public discourse.
• Develop clear, compelling, and research-backed narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including policymakers, media, and stakeholders.
• Stitch together positive stories and success themes that align with organizational objectives and counter misinformation or negative perceptions.
• Craft thought leadership materials such as white papers, reports, and policy briefs to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop frameworks for effective communication strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder interests.
• Leverage storytelling techniques to humanize complex policy discussions, making them accessible and persuasive.
• Use tools such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, or other sentiment analysis platforms to track public opinion, stakeholder sentiment, and emerging narratives.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on insights from social listening and discourse analysis.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., communications, leadership) to integrate research findings into broader strategic initiatives.
• Support the design of campaigns and projects with data-driven narratives.
• Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and refine them based on impact analysis.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institution in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Journalism, or related disciplines.
• Strong academic track record and evidence of intellectual curiosity.
• 1–4 years in policy research, strategic communications, or similar roles where research and storytelling intersect.

Salary/Stipend
