Role and Responsibilities
- SOP for Recovery for delinquency
- MIS Recovery and bad / doubtful debt management
- Maintain MIS for Litigations
- Courts, notices received and dispute resolutions.
- Proactive
- Create and implement templates across all BUs
- Vet, review, discuss and finalize agreements / documents in consultation with i8
- Internal and external stakeholders.
- Guidance notes on each Agreement to BU Head
- Compliance Management
