Details of the Job/Internship

Silver Oak Health is hiring a POSH Advisor with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and formulate customized POSH policies for diverse corporate organizations.
• Assist clients in implementing the legal protocols of the POSH Act, 2013.
• Act as an escalation point for HR and stakeholders on sensitive policy and process issues.
• Guide the Internal Committee (IC) in managing misconduct instances and conducting formal inquiries.
• Recommend disciplinary actions while balancing fairness, legal risk, and local employment laws.
• Conduct capacity-building training and sensitization workshops for managers and team leaders.
• Prepare Annual Internal POSH Audits and help organizations file mandatory annual reports at District Offices.
• Curate sector-specific awareness content to foster a safe workplace culture.
• Advise leadership teams on supporting IC proceedings and maintaining operational robustness.
• Monitor legal risk by staying updated on labor laws and procedural amendments.

Eligibility

• Graduation degree in Law (LLB / LLM) is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation or dedicated POSH compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and procedural law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven research skills and the ability to draft complex legal reports and policies.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India as per business requirements.
• Proactive "go-getter" attitude with the ability to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams.
