Details of the Job/Internship

Equilibrio Advisory LLP is hiring a POSH practitioner and trainer (Legal) to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves handling legal matters related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and safety in workplaces.
• Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, providing guidance on legal issues, and promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Eligibility

• Excellent communication skills.
• Invested and wants to work in the social impact space.
• Knowledge of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) laws.
• Willing to be an integral part of POSH inquiries. 
• Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Professional certification in the relevant legal field is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
