POSHequili is hiring a POSH Trainer & Legal Associate for a full-time remote role. The position involves conducting POSH training, supporting organizations as an external member in inquiries, performing legal research, drafting documents, and advising clients on sexual harassment prevention and legal compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on the prevention of sexual harassment.
- Serve as an external member for POSH inquiries in client organizations.
- Perform legal research and assist in drafting documents related to POSH compliance.
- Provide consultation to clients on legal aspects of sexual harassment prevention and redressal.
- Work independently and remotely, supporting diverse client needs.
- Engage with diverse communities and demonstrate understanding of social identities in workplace compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labour laws, gender laws, human rights, or social causes preferred.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience working with diverse communities and understanding social identities.
