Details of the Job/Internship

The Rasich Group (TRG) is hiring a Practice Development Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support practice development initiatives.
• Prepare submissions for rankings, directories, and awards.
• Draft, update, and maintain Firm profiles, deal lists, experience lists, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor legal developments, industry trends, and competitor activity relevant to practice areas.
• Support PR and media outreach efforts—liaise with journalists, identify opportunities, and prepare press materials.
• Assist in planning and executing conferences, events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Maintain real-time internal trackers, databases, and practice development dashboards.
• Draft internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and social media content.
• Manage and grow the Firm’s presence across digital and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with Partners and teams across offices to ensure timely delivery of practice development projects.
• Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and maintain consistently high-quality outputs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in legal research, PR, rankings, or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with online databases, social media, and digital tools.

Salary/Stipend
