Details of the Job/Internship

Kings & Alliance LLP is hiring a Practice Development Manager with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with advocates and institutional clients.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments to facilitate effective internal coordination.
• Organise and support professional meetings, conferences, and institutional interactions.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between firm leadership and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of professional interactions to assist in internal planning and reporting.
• Support institutional visibility through strategic ecosystem engagement.

Eligibility

• Possession of an LLB or MBA degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience (PQE).
• Excellent presentation skills suitable for senior-level conversations.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to build professional rapport.
• Professional demeanour characterized by confidence and approachability.

Salary/Stipend
