Jurisiti is urgently hiring a Practicing Advocate with 4–8 years of experience to join their litigation team in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Managing the contract lifecycle.
- Handling court litigation for cheque bounce and payment recovery.
- Resolving disputes arising from contracts.
- Managing RERA and property-related matters.
- Conducting arbitration and mediation in commercial disputes.
Eligibility
For Senior Advocate Profile:
- LLB from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- 7–8 years of PQE, with at least 5–6 years of active courtroom exposure.
- Native of Delhi, fluent in Hindi and English.
- Exceptional drafting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in commercial arbitration.
- Highly committed, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
For Junior Advocate Profile:
- LLB from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- 4–5 years of PQE, with at least 4 years of active courtroom exposure.
- Native of Delhi, fluent in Hindi and English.
- Outstanding drafting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Client-focused, dedicated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Salary/Stipend
