Sammaan Capital Limited is hiring In-House Counsels with 3–15 years of litigation experience to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
- Analyze and apply relevant case laws.
- Handle IBC, Arbitration, SARFAESI Act, and writ matters.
- Provide litigation support and represent the company.
- Travel as per business requirements.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years, 5–10 years, or 10–15 years litigation experience.
- Experience in drafting pleadings, legal research, and handling cases under IBC, Arbitration, SARFAESI Act, and writs.
- Practicing Advocates preferred.
