Details of the Job/Internship
Legal Win Associates is hiring a Practicing Advocate with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters and represent clients before courts and tribunals.
- Provide legal advisory services to clients.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and opinions.
- Conduct detailed legal research.
- Work closely with clients to address legal issues and achieve effective outcomes.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong skills in litigation, legal research, and legal writing.
- Extensive experience in drafting legal documents and court representation.
- Knowledge of insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial law, civil and criminal laws.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Law degree from a top-tier law college.
- Bar Council registration and valid certificate of practice mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
