Legitpro Associates LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of Principal / Senior Associate with 5 to 7 years of experience to join them at their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support to our clients, handling complex transactions, and leading client engagements in the corporate and commercial law domain.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed institution.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial laws.
• Proven expertise in handling complex corporate transactions, drafting agreements, and advising on regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
