Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring a Principal Associate – Litigation for its Bangalore office. Candidates must hold an LLB/LLM with 7–8 years of experience handling litigation across District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in courts and tribunals.
• Draft and review legal pleadings, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Handle corporate commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Research and write legal opinions and strategy documents.
• Assist in dispute resolution and client advisory matters.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
• 7–8 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in handling matters before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Fluent in reading and writing Kannada, Hindi, and English.
• Experience in arbitration proceedings preferred.
