Details of the Job/Internship

Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring a Principal Associate – Prosecution (Trademark) with 7–9 years of experience. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling trademark filings, responses, hearings, renewals, and portfolio management.
• Overseeing oppositions, cancellations, and contested matters before the Registry when necessary.
• Advising clients on availability searches, prosecution strategy, and related matters.
• Mentoring associates and paralegals.
• Supporting business development and contributing to practice growth.
• Managing client deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• 7–9 years of PQE in trademark prosecution with emphasis on uncontested matters.
• Experience supervising associates and paralegals.
• Strong client advisory and management skills.
• Ability to manage large portfolios and coordinate foreign filings.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Salary/Stipend
