Details of the Job/Internship
Sigma Chambers, Advocates and Solicitors is hiring for two positions at its Uday Park, South Extension, New Delhi office: Principal Associate – Litigation with 6–7 years of experience and Senior Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation Strategy with 4–5 years of experience. The roles involve working on litigation, dispute resolution, corporate advisory, and litigation strategy matters, with a strong emphasis on sound drafting, litigation judgment, process discipline, and mentoring. Preferred joining is immediate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters before appropriate forums.
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and advisory documents.
- Develop and assist in litigation and dispute resolution strategies.
- Provide corporate advisory support alongside litigation strategy.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams while maintaining process discipline.
Eligibility
- For Principal Associate – Litigation: Advocates with 6–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- For Senior Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation Strategy: Advocates with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
