Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring a Principal Associate for its Competition Law team in New Delhi with 4–6 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in competition law investigations before the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
• Handle merger control notifications and related advisory work.
• Conduct legal research and draft submissions and legal opinions.
• Support litigation and appellate proceedings before authorities and courts.
• Advise clients on competition law compliance and risk assessment.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in competition law.
• Exposure to data privacy law is an added advantage.
• LL.B. and/or LL.M. from a recognised institution.
• Strong understanding of Indian competition law.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and organisational abilities with attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
