Details of the Job/Internship

BCP Associates is hiring a Principal Associate – Corporate and Employment Law with 5+ years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving advising clients on labour and employment law, corporate and contract matters, delivering training sessions, and supporting the implementation of compliance programmes, including the Labour Code Alignment Program. The role requires regular client interaction to ensure legal compliance and maintain strong client relationships.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher legal qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in labour and employment law.

Salary/Stipend
