Sandip Agarwal and Co. is hiring for the position of Principal Associate - Criminal with 7+ years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal matters before the High Court, trial courts, and other relevant authorities.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft petitions, pleadings, and prepare all documentation required for criminal proceedings.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients and develop effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Appear before courts for trials, hearings, bail applications, and conduct cross-examination of witnesses with proficiency.
• Maintain strong drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills to support case preparation and execution.
• Experience handling criminal matters at the High Court level is highly desirable.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in criminal litigation.
• Strong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage case files independently and work effectively under pressure.

Salary/Stipend
